I washed my muddy Chevrolet Cruze today, even though I’m not certain it’s worth it. Why? This.
!!! UNKNOWN CONTENT TYPE !!!
Anywho. . . it will be triumphantly clean until the next rain. Here’s what it looked like before.
After hosing as much mud as I could, it already looked better. The current wax job is a bit old, but is still holding up. T he mud stains were easily removed from the Weather Tech floor mats with a bit of Dawn and some scrubbing.
When I wash the Cruze, I am always remi nded of that ONE dump truck that gave my paint a million rock chips in literally everything, including the headlights and windshield. Sigh.
Here is w hat it looked like afterwards.
You can see how futile this is from the amount of mud already on my floor mats in that picture. I had fun though.
You’ve seen my car, now what color i s it? It is officially “bronze,” but I personally think it’s orange. What do you think?

I’d call that colour burgundy.
One of the two in the middle depending on the light source.

Eh, it is so close to burgu ndy but I am not convi nced . Are you counting the br onze metallic flake into your color calculation? If no, then red? If so , then orange?
Here is a pic with a gradient

I was counting on the slight metallic, but I didn’t recognise it as a bronze metallic.

I have described it as a burnt umber, which is the same thing apparently, so yes.
